Key Responsibilities:
For Plumber:
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply systems, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues promptly.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
For HVAC Technician:
- Install, inspect, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

- Monitor system performance and optimize energy efficiency.

For Mechanic:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Replace faulty components and ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical diploma, certification, or relevant vocational training in Plumbing, HVAC, or Mechanical fields.
- Proven work experience in the respective field.

- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
