Job Summary:
The Senior Associate – Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a data-driven approach to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality content for campaigns, blogs, newsletters, social media, and websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve campaign targeting and SEO performance.
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
- Optimize landing pages, call-to-actions (CTAs), and website content to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Assist in the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Support marketing team in executing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing B2B and/or B2C digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
